Q: Which size should I order?
A: MadOre shoes are produced in European sizes. For detailed information, you will find a size chart at the bottom of the page.
Q: Can I add another item to my order?
A: Once the order has been processed, the item entered later will be considered a separate order.
Q: Can I have different items delivered to different addresses?
A: Unfortunately this is not possible. Only one delivery address can be specified per order.
Q: In what ways can I pay?
A: The payment option via www.madoreshoes.com is via iDeal or via bank transfer. See menu Conditions.
Q: Can I wash my shoes?
A: No, washing machine soap can damage the leather. The shoes can also become hard and shrink. Always go to a good shoemaker and ask for a matching product.
Q: What can I do if my shoes do get wet?
A: Give the shoes time to dry at room temperature. If possible, remove the insole from the shoe. Never place the shoes on the heater and never heat them in any other way.
Q: I would like to order a shoe that I saw in the store, but it is not on the site?

MadOre shoes are made on a European last and have a unique fit. They are made to be comfortably at the heel and instep.

Measure size
You take 1 sheet of paper and stand on this sheet. Let someone outline the foot with a pencil or pen. Then measure the distance between the heel and the big toe. The largest foot is the foot that determines your size.
