Horck - MadOre, hereinafter referred to as MadOre, located at Staringstraat 14, 6521 AJ in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) Central Gelderland under Chamber of Commerce number 60669128, location number 000029844649.

We value a good relationship with our customers. That is why we like to make clear agreements. These agreements are laid down in the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements you enter into with MadOre. By ordering items from MadOre, you also indicate that you agree to the Terms and Conditions. MadOre shoes are exclusively available in our online store. The shoes are of high quality. Our Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act, which has been in force since February 1, 2001.


You can simply click on the desired product via the menu bar. In the left menu there will be an option for the correct color and size. If you have checked both options, place the product in the shopping cart and check the box with “I accept the terms and conditions.” After this you go to the payment module of iDEAL.

Enter your details and check your order including shipping costs. When you press send you will automatically enter the iDEAL payment system. iDEAL has been developed to make it easy to pay for online products and services. iDEAL is online payment via internet banking. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. As an internet banker you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register for it. The prices stated for the products offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding handling and shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.

All offers are valid while supplies last. Items that are not in stock cannot be ordered. In this case, while supplies last. You pay the price stated on the website www.madoreshoes.com at the time of ordering.


You must pay for your order in advance. You can pay with iDEAL (free). Pay directly online via the iDEAL system of your chosen bank. You can also opt for prepayment by bank/giro. You then pay in advance by means of a normal bank transfer or via internet banking. The order is shipped on average within seven working days after payment has been received. Payments can be made with the following banks:


  1. MadOre charges shipping and administration costs for shipping the shoes.
  2. There is 1 rate for administration and shipping costs regardless of the number of items you order. Depending on the volume and quantity of your order, we will send it in an envelope or in a package. We will inform you of this the day before shipment so that you can take this into account.
  3. Shipping in any other way or personally collecting an order is not possible.


  1. Your order will be shipped on average within seven working days after receipt of your payment. When new collections go online, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
    You will be informed by e-mail about the receipt of your payment and the dispatch of your order.
  2. We only do business with reputable shipping companies. The shipment of your order takes place under the full responsibility of the shipping company. MadOre is not liable for damage, loss or other problems during shipment.


MadOre accepts cancellation at any time prior to shipment. However, once a product has been shipped, MadOre cannot accept a cancellation.


We do everything we can to fully inform you about the articles via our website. If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned.

You must return the item at your own expense. The following conditions apply to returns and/or exchanges:

The items you have purchased through MadOre can be exchanged without giving any reason. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size (if in stock). You return the shoes at your expense and MadOre will return the exchanged shoes to you at our expense.

The shoes can be exchanged if:

  • you have notified MadOre about this by email beforehand;
  • the exchange takes place within 14 days after receipt of your order;
  • the shoes, bags and accessories are still in the original state of shipment. The shoes, bags and accessories must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all attached or applied cards, labels or stickers in the original packaging;
  • the risk of return (shipping) lies entirely with the customer.

If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with the order, you can return it or part of it at your expense (within 14 days). As soon as MadOre has received everything in good condition (undamaged and complete), MadOre will refund the amount (within 14 days) to the customer's account number.

  • The shoes cannot be returned if a print or special order has been chosen. This rule is in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act, which states that purchases that are specially made to order cannot be returned.


  1. All products included in the MadOre range meet the strict requirements that children's items must meet. However, MadOre cannot be held liable for any damage, whether physical, material or immaterial, which may be the result of malfunctioning or misuse of the products sold by MadOre.
  2. The content of this site has been compiled with the greatest care. MadOre cannot, however, rule out the possibility that certain information is incorrect and/or incomplete. MadOre is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website.
  3. MadOre is not responsible for typing, typing or printing errors that could inadvertently communicate an incorrect sale price. If this occurs, MadOre will adjust the price as soon as possible.
  4. MadOre cannot be held responsible for color variations due to screen quality.
  5. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee on zippers on the shoes.


MadOre is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer in case of force majeure. By force majeure MadOre means circumstances that are not attributable to MadOre's fault. In the event of force majeure, MadOre has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement, without judicial intervention. MadOre will always inform you of this in writing.


All personal data is used exclusively by MadOre and will never be made available to third parties, unless necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.


MadOre strives for satisfied customers. If you have questions or complaints about the services and/or products of MadOre, MadOre would like to be informed by e-mail. For contact mail to info@kopenstaart.com. We aim to answer you within 24 hours of receipt of the complaint. If an incident requires further investigation, we will let you know how things are going. In all cases, we will do our utmost to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
Complaints will be processed up to 1 month after purchasing an item.
